A multinational specializing in the sector of activities of Holding companies is looking for its subsidiary in Guinea Conakry.

Missions :

  • Utilize Hubspot CRM software to handle incoming inquiries within the assigned region, qualify leads, and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Engage with prospects through multiple communication channels including phone calls, website, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Present product and service offerings persuasively to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Close sales over the phone or via other communication channels by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly through the appropriate communication channels to maintain engagement and maximise conversion rates.
  • Utilise the Hubspot CRM system to record all interactions, update prospect information, and track sales activities.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate territory Head of Sales for follow-up
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as established by management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Skills required :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects through various channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot, and proficiency in using technology for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual : French and English are a must

Experiences :

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or a similar sales role, preferably in the heavy machinery or related industry.

Training and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
