For a multinational specializing in the manufacture of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) cylinders, research for its subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire.

Missions :

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage,
  • picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures to minimize
  • stock discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximize space utilization
  • and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with
  • health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity
  • and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, purchasing, and customer
  • service to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve issues.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track
  • inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze warehouse performance.

Skills required :

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Expériences :

Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
